What’s a photography session like?
We know being in front of a camera can feel weird—so we make it fun and relaxed. You’ll get guidance on posing and expression, and we’ll review images together as we go. We’ll be in and out with some great photos before you know it.

How long will the session take?
It depends on what and how many people we’re photographing. For a single headshot, we’ll usually only need a few minutes. For teams or larger groups, plan for about 5 minutes per person. If we’re shooting on-location, we’ll also need about 20 minutes before and after the session to set up and break down equipment. Architectural shoots typically last 60-90 minutes.

What should I wear?
Simple, classic, and well-fitted always wins. For headshots, think clean, pressed shirts and layers like a blazer or jacket. For environmental portraits or lifestyle shoots, you should wear apparel that fits your story. Whether it’s a logo’d polo or more casual attire – dress to the story you’d like to tell.

Can I reschedule?
Life happens. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance via text or email, and we’ll get you rescheduled with no penalty. Feeling sick? Definitely reschedule—health and safety first.

What is an environmental portrait, exactly?
A headshot is typically a clean, studio-style portrait with a plain background and more traditional posing, whereas an environmental portrait is more of a storytelling image. We photograph you in your space (like your office, workshop, or outdoors) to give context to who you are and what you do. It’s about personality, not just posing.

What exactly is a lifestyle session?
It’s all about capturing you (or your team) in action—natural, candid moments perfect for websites or social media. It’s less “pose and smile” and more “let’s tell your story.” These are great for websites, social media, and any marketing that needs a human touch. We’ll help show what makes you, you.

What’s included in an architectural shoot?
We’ll capture your space in its best light—literally. That includes a mix of interior and exterior shots, various angles, and clean compositions. You’ll get a polished set of photos perfect for websites, marketing, or real estate listings. But a little prep goes a long way in creating magazine-worthy shots—tidy up, declutter surfaces, and make sure everything’s looking its best. Hide cords, straighten pillows, and turn on all available lights.

What kind of events do you photograph?
Just about anything! We’ve covered business conferences, fundraisers, networking mixers, community events—you name it. If people are gathering and moments are happening, we will be there to capture it.

Can you include drone photos too?
Absolutely! Aerial shots can add serious wow factor, especially for larger buildings or properties. Just let us know ahead of time—we can add drone coverage to any package for an additional fee.

How will I receive my photos?
You’ll get a private Google Drive link to download your final images. It’s convenient and easy to share—just don’t forget to back them up!

What’s the deal with copyright?
You get full rights to use your headshots personally or professionally—online, in print, wherever you need. We retain the copyright, but your images are yours to shine with.

Can I use these photos for marketing and social media?
Yes! These images are delivered in both high-res and web-optimized versions, so you’re all set to drop them into your next campaign, post, or website update.
