Sponsorship Agreements are signed upon commitment. Invoices are sent 120 days prior to event, and must be paid 60 days prior to event. All sponsorships levels are non-exclusive per industry. All sponsors will have right of first acceptance the following year.

The Ambassador program consists of Chamber members who actively engage by making calls and visits to update member information.
